• Turmeric – The flavonoid curcumin, found in turmeric, has been shown to be highly protective and strongly anti-inflammatory for the whole body.
• Gotu Kola- A powerful anti-inflammatory herb that has a strong affinity towards the nervous system - protecting the brain and nerves.
  Gotu Kola also has regenerating properties for the skin and is great for memory and concentration.
• Grape seed extract – this powerful anti-oxidant has an affinity toward the cardio vascular system - traditionally used to “vitalize the blood and heart” 
• Ginger – From the turmeric family this great anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant herb that also supports absorption of turmeric.
• Bromelain enzyme – Derived from pineapples, this enzyme is a great support for sore and inflamed joints. 
• Papain enzyme – Derived from papaya with simular properties to bromelain.
